From the login page, click Forgot your user ID?
Complete all the fields and click Submit.
Note : You can find your group and certificate numbers on your payment card.
Your user ID will appear onscreen. Write it down or copy it and click Return to the login page.
From the login page, click Forgot your password?
Complete all the fields and click Submit.
A password hint will appear onscreen. If you remember your password, click Return to the login page (see 1 in screenshot). If you still can’t remember it, click Reset password (see 2 in screenshot) to create a new one.
Complete all the fields and click Confirm.
Note : You can find your group and certificate numbers on your payment card.
You’ll be brought to a confirmation page. Click Return to the login page to log in with your new password.
