Plan participants will benefit from a series of education programs delivered by leading retirement plan experts.
When plan participants enrol, they’ll have access to:
- Enrolment sessions: These sessions are a key step in the plan implementation process. Plan participants become familiar with the characteristics of their plan, are introduced to the world of investments, and learn about the importance of retirement planning. Depending on your needs, these sessions can be given onsite or online.
- Enrolment kit: Distributed at the enrolment sessions, this kit introduces plan participants to the various stages of retirement planning and encourages them to develop a personal retirement savings plan. It provides user-friendly tools to help them with tasks such as determining their investor profile.
- Enrolment at home: This integrated multimedia program is designed for plan participants who are unable to attend the initial session. It allows them to learn about their plan and enrol online from home.

Under the Capital Accumulation Plan (CAP) guidelines, you are responsible for providing ongoing communication to your plan participants with respect to plan activities and investments.
