Accessing the Health is Cool 360° platform

1. Log on to the plan member site. Need help logging on?

2. From the home page, select Tools and resources > Health is Cool 360°.

   

3. Read over the information provided, then click Continue to go to the platform.

3. Select Access the platform.

4. Read the information provided, then select Continue to go to the platform.

Using an existing account

Use this option if you’ve already created a username for the Health is Cool 360° platform.

1. Enter your username and password in the fields, and then click Go.

   

Creating a new account

Choose this option if it’s the first time you’re using the Health is Cool 360° platform.

1. On the login page, click Register.

   

2. Enter the information requested, then click Go.
