Extending prior authorization for prescription drugs

We've extended the authorization period by 4 months for authorizations due between March 30 and June 30, 2020.

If you take medications that require prior authorization, you'll get a personalized letter informing you of your new due dates.

Short-term disability insurance

Short-term disability insurance pays a percentage of an employee's salary when they are unable to work due to an illness or accident as defined in their group insurance contract. You can submit a short-term disability claim once your employer's salary continuation period has passed, if applicable. Please note that other provisions may apply, depending on your group insurance contract. If you have any questions on this matter, please talk to your employer.
