If the service is included in your group insurance plan, all you have to do is access it on TELUS Health Virtual Care. The service applies to you, your spouse and your dependent children, and you don’t have to pay anything for the consultations.

Specific cases may require an in-person medical appointment at the discretion of the TELUS Virtual Health Care health practitioner. If a physical exam is necessary, the clinician will help you find a nearby clinic.

The TELUS Virtual Health Care health practitioners cannot fill out forms for workplace or motor vehicle accidents, or issue sick notes for more than 3 days.

The virtual healthcare service is not meant to replace your primary care physician or medical specialist.
