Employees who are retiring or leaving the organization

We offer individual life and health insurance solutions for employees whose group coverage is coming to an end.

With Health Track Insurance®, plan members who are retiring or leaving the organization can convert some of their group coverage into individual coverage. And if they do so within 60 days of the date their group coverage ends, they don’t have to provide evidence of insurability.
