[Situation: Throughout the video, a narrator tells the story of Tracy and talks about the Employee Assistance Program.]

[Action: Someone named Tracy is juggling balls that represent different aspects of her life.]

Sometimes, Tracy feels like a circus performer. Every day, she juggles work, kids, aging parents, and she often says she needs an extra pair of hands to do it all. This week, she feels like it’s all become too much.

[Action: Tracy drops all of the balls. A phone keypad appears onscreen.]

Before things get worse, she’s decided to talk to someone who can help her.

[Text: I need help!]

But who?

[Text: EAP]

She heard about the Employee Assistance Program at work. So she calls them, and someone’s right there to listen to her and give her the guidance and support she needs.

[Text: Listen, Guide, Support]

[Action: Four flowers appear in a field. Each is labelled with a service: Health Is Cool 360°, EAP, provincial health line, support group.]

She also could have checked out her employer’s health and wellness or group insurance programs, or her provincial health line or a support group. All these resources are easy to access and they’re 100% confidential.

[Text: Zero judgment, zero pressure, zero cost.]

[Action: The flowers reappear, this time on a desk in an office. Tracy types at a computer.]

Don’t play around with your health. If you feel you’re about to lose your grip, do what Tracy did, ask for help right away. And remember, it doesn’t cost a thing to call.
