Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning and performance for the division, business architecture, web sites and mobile apps, marketing, member and client experience, sponsorships and donations, the project management office and the governance committees.
  • She sits on several committees, including the WMLHI management committee.

Experience

Before joining Desjardins, she worked for 10 years at prominent consulting firms, specializing in strategic consulting, transformations, organizational design and change management. During this period, she had the opportunity to work on many projects for Canadian financial cooperative institutions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in management.

Eliane is known for her strategic thinking, analytical skills, rigour, ability to build relationships of trust and communication skills.
