- Oversees management of independent distribution networks: SFL Wealth Management, Desjardins Financial Security Independent Network (DFSIN) and Desjardins Financial Security Investments (DFSI)
- Serves as President, Board Member, and Designated Responsible Person for the dealer Desjardins Financial Security Investments Inc. (SFL Investments)
- Plays a coordinating role in post-acquisition integration activities related to IDC/Worldsource
Experience
Rachel holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Université Laval and a master’s degree in management from Université de Montréal. She has over 20 years of experience at Desjardins Group.
She began her career in consulting firms, specializing in training and marketing, where she developed a strong client-focused and results-driven approach. Upon joining Desjardins, she made a notable impact as a strategic advisor, a role she held for over a decade. She then continued to make her mark by taking on several management positions, notably in close collaboration with partner networks.
As Delegate Chief Integration Officer, Rachel leads the strategic coordination of the IDC/Worldsource Acquisition—Desjardins’s second largest to date. Her extensive experience with partner networks, combined with her natural leadership and ability to deliver complex projects have been key to the success of this initiative.
Rachel is widely recognized for her capacity to navigate complexity with clarity and keep teams engaged and aligned throughout high-stakes mandates.
